We are back!

We returned to school on Friday after an exciting week at Bockleton sharing with Broadmeadow School! We had great time, made lots of new friends, tried loads of new activities and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank-you to all the children from Chad Vale and Broadmeadow, who made the week such a success and to the teachers who worked tirelessly throughout the week- you have definitely earned your weekend of rest!

Mr Cham Report- Day 2!

After an early start (5.41am to be exact!!!!) we had settled down to cereal, toast, sausages, beans and scrambled eggs... YUM!

Today we have been working in teams on both the Low Ropes Course and Team Challenges before getting extremely wet in the kayaks... or should I say the lake. Everyone enjoyed throwing wet sponges at each other and then runnning across a line of kayaks without falling in. Unfortunately there were some underhanded tactics, causing some people to 'take a bath' more than a few times..... AHEM!

After a scrumptious dinner, we all enjoyed some free time to explore the grounds, play on the adventure playground, play table-tennis and football etc. resulting in some very tired children by the end of the day................. RESULT!
